Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. The cottage is located near the sea. Frillesås is a small community on the west coast between Varberg and Kungsbacka, 50 km south of Gothenburg. The cottage is secluded on a property with sea view and sun deck. Within five minutes walking distance, there are lovely swimming areas along beaches or cliffs. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and proximity to fishing, golf and hiking. The home is suitable for couples, individuals, and small families (maximum 3 people).

Magnificent large villa by the sea

Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and 50 meters to a shallow sandy beach or swimming at the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa, there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops and is only 30 minutes by train or car to Gothenburg.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. It is hard to get closer to the sea. Peaceful and quiet location with nature reserve all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna are available all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation," here you can work in peace and quiet with fast WiFi.
