In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Der Hof befindet sich im Riederinger Ortsteil Beuerberg direkt an der Hauptstraße Richtung Prien am Chiemsee. Der Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile und Schlafcouch ist durch eine offene Treppe mit dem Schlafbereich (Doppelbett) verbunden (keine Tür). Der große Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten kann mitgenutzt werden.
