Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Perfect for guests arriving by car. The driveway is lockable and it could accommodate approx. 5 cars can park there.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. Located in Zell/Ebenhausen, the holiday home Ferienhaus Auszeithaus has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
