Our lovingly renovated apartment, with approx. 75 square meters, awaits nature and hiking enthusiasts, cyclists, alone, as a couple or as a group of three. Families up to 3 people, or 2 business people. Of course, dogs are also welcome. (Up to 2 dogs). They are particularly pleased about the large property and the stream that invites them to play.

Enjoy the tranquility surrounded by nature. Original farmhouse on the edge of a sub-municipality of Gschwend in the Swabian Forest Nature Park. Magnificent forests invite you to hike or cycle. Our magnificent terrain offers plenty of space on the outskirts. Many interesting excursion possibilities smaller lakes , swimming pools. In the evening just sit down by the fire and enjoy the magnificent starry sky without much residual light. We offer the possibility to rent the fixed and seminar house barn next door.

Comfort house with km-distance view and air conditioning

This spacious holiday house is something special and offers comfort even for large families (with children up to 12/13 people, please inquire). It has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors. The large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen has a dining table as well as a cozy corner couch overlooking the fireplace and a flat-screen TV. A wide balcony door leads to a terrace with a seating area, from where you can enjoy the view stretching for miles.

Sonnenhaus Residence

Sonnenhaus is in a very good, quiet location of Sindelfingen. Just 400 meters from Sonnenhaus is the very large and famous Breuningerland shopping center! At Breuningerland there is simply everything and everything is the best of the best. Just 100 meters from Sonnenhaus is the forest, where you can walk and run well. Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

Welcome to our charming house located in Fellbach near Stuttgart. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay. You have full access to the whole house and garden, not to the garage or the driveway. The house is walking distance to public transport, the bakery, restaurant, spa facilities and nature. Fellbach is known for its vineyards and scenic beauty. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

Whether with family, friends, as a group or team – our listed farmhouse combines the charm of tradition with modern comfort and invites you to spend time together. DenkMal Auszeit can accommodate 9 people, spread over two separate, fully equipped apartments. For the little ones, we are happy to provide a crib, highchair and changing mat.

Vacation home on the winery

Our farm is idyllically surrounded by vineyards and fields; nevertheless, you can quickly get to town or a restaurant. 5 minutes away by car is the amusement park Tripsdrill. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a comfortable sofa bed & sleeps 4 people. (+ travel cot if required). There is also an outdoor area with patio, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked and charged in the lockable bicycle garage.

Schlechtbacher Sawmill

The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. And if you want to be a little more for yourself without being alone, you can enjoy the action from one of the armchairs on the gallery.

The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. The apartment is therefore ideally suited for solo travelers, couples or even an adult and a child. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.

Historic bakery

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. In the historic bakery, a beautiful living room has been created above the bakery. On two floors are two bedrooms, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a tasteful shower room (incl. towels) and a living room were created. From the living room in the attic and one of the bedrooms you can see the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) splashes directly past the house.

Escape from everyday life in the historic half-timbered house at the Scheffelmühle in the green Glemstal – ideal for couples, families & business travelers. Wood-burning stove, underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen & fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbps). Stuttgart can be reached in 20 minutes (by car/S-Bahn). 5 sleeping places: double bed, 2 single beds in the attic, sofa bed. Parking right next door. Dogs welcome! 🐾

The apartment is in the basement and has its own entrance. It can be reached from the garden. The house is located in a quiet settlement. The historic city center is a 20-minute walk. A bus stop is 500 meters away. The local recreation area "Breite Eiche" invites you to take long walks. Shopping facilities are located nearby. The bed is 135 cm wide. We can provide an extra mattress.
