Beach house holiday rentals in Aspra

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

I chose Pietro's accommodation because it was in a very convenient location for my commitments. Very good value for money and extremely friendly and helpful host, as well as very easy to get along with! In addition, the tram and bus stop nearby made it very easy to reach the center; recommended experience!!

An incredible view of the bay, the apartment is very nice and modernly decorated and everything is very clean! Many drinks are provided upon arrival, including wine, beer and Aperol, which made us feel very welcome and immediately at home! Carlo is very helpful and always available, he gave us tips about the area and organized an airport transfer at an unbeatable price! We did notice a lot of traffic noise during a few nights, but it could be due to the public holiday in Italy…

We had a lovely stay at Salvatore's place. The view from the rooms was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean, and having a private parking spot in Palermo priceless. Salvatore was always very responsive. Check-in was flawless and we felt immediately like at home. The apartment has A/C in the bed rooms, which is a must during summer. The location is perfect to reach Mondello or Palermo's city center in just 10 minutes by car. This gave us the possibility to enjoy both the beach and the cultural beauties of Palermo. We will definitely visit again once we are back in Palermo. Thanks :-)

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

The stay at Marias apartment was very good and we immediatly felt at home :) Also we were picked up at the train station and Anna showed us around in Porticello, thanks for that :) You´re living in in middle of Porticello where everthing that you need is really close, supermarket 5 min. / Pizza and other restaurants 1-5 min. / Beach 5 min... Also there are activities quite close to the house, for example: Archological Museum / Ruins 25 min. / Lighthouse 45 min. / Trainstation 20 min. Like other people in reviews mentioned, the pictures of the apartment are a bit misleading, since you´re not directly at the beach but a small walk apart from it. The pictures of the interior on the other hand are accurate and everyhing that you need is there. The only "negatives" we could mention are that the house is a bit dark and also its sometimes little loud (so if you´re maye sensible in that regard better bring earplugs / sleeping Mask etc.) We can highly recommend staying at Marias apartment :)

We had a wonderful time in Daniela‘s place! The house is beautiful, has a great view and lots of light. The kitchen is very well equipped, everywhere in the house you will find beautiful decoration which gives it a nice personal touch. We immediately felt at home. Daniela was super responsive at all times, helpful and incredibly nice. Easy check-in and check-out. There is a few restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in walking distance, but it’s best to have a car to get around. Uber/taxi also works, it might be a bit more expensive however. I hope it wasn’t our last time at this beautiful and peaceful place 😊

A tranquil oasis of a place set in beautiful gardens, a fantastic pool and with very welcoming and generous hosts. We, a family of 4, spent 5 nights here in July and had a wonderful time. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance but having a car in the July heat made everything a good bit more comfortable. Highly recommend.

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

Our host contacted us immediately after our reservation was confirmed and made it easy for us to get home. When we got home, he welcomed us and explained in detail every part of the house and all the possibilities in the house. Paolo immediately returned to our message when we needed help, even making us very happy to bring us what we needed. The house was exactly as described and had a great atmosphere where you could sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. It was very peaceful in terms of location. It was great to go to the sea in front of the house and watch the view from the balcony. Thank you very much to our host Paolo:)

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! We had a beautiful, amazing stay! We started off our trip in Catania area and finished it here. It’s only a couple min ride from the airport which was great for us since we flew out of Palermo. The home looked just like the photos. In fact, the yard/pool even looked bigger in real life. We couldn’t use the pool because it rained a bit during our stay, but it was super clean/we still had a blast and enjoyed sitting outside when it stopped raining. We traveled with 4 young children and they absolutely loved the play area on the lawn. That was such a nice added bonus. Home was spotless and had enough space to fit our group of 12. PLENTY of extra blankets and linen. Each room had AC which was nice too. Host was very responsive and great at communicating! We didn’t have any issues finding the home and we were greeted upon arrival with some yummy pies and snacks. So grateful we found this gem.

We were a girls' group in the villa and immediately felt at home. We had a very nice time.

we stayed 10 days at Paola's. We were 4 couples. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. The summer kitchen is great and the terrace is large. The rooms are very good for a vacation. In a bedroom, there are bunk beds. The pool is heated. Paola is a host who listens to her tenants. She always answered our calls and was very responsive. We rented a car with Paola's help. It was very good. The shuttle from the airport to the house and from the house to the airport was great too. The shuttle driver, Pietro, is a very nice and kind person. We recommend Paola's accommodation and will gladly return.

Our week in the Dream Loft in Sant’Elia was truly magical. We loved the vibe of the house, it was so authentic and carefully designed. Had everything we needed and I especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice and coffee in the morning. The location was absolutely perfect — the view was so beautiful and it felt like we were living in the movie Luca. It was close enough to everything we needed, the Sisa Supermarket and some lovely aperetivo spots and restaurants in Porticello. Mariangela was the most amazing host: Helped us so many times organising transport and even organised the most incredible cooking class for us in Palermo. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if we had any questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and we’ll absolutely be back the next chance we get!

I have been using Airbnb for the past 8 years and Paolas house was the best I've ever stayed in. Communication was very easy, our flight was delayed so we arrived very late at night. Her son Stefano met us and went through all the features in the house. He also gave very good restaurant recommendations. The house is at the far end of Mondello beach it's about 7 min walk to the beach. If you want to go into Mondello town the 603 bus stop is around the corner. What makes this house special is the extra touches, beach towels, umbrellas and chairs are provided. Coffee pods, and they even arranged a supply of water which is a godsend if you don't have a car. There's a huge living room 2 x double rooms with their own bathrooms so very private. Outdoor space is spacious. Thanks Paola and family for looking after us so well

I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was super clean, cozy and well equipped. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and gave us valuable tips for the area. The location was perfect – quiet but still central. I felt very comfortable from the first moment and would definitely book here again. Alessandro's place was amazing! He was a brilliant, responsive host who was attentive and caring. He was very flexible, even with our check-in that was later than expected due to a delayed flight, and gave us a tour of the home as soon as we arrived. He also gave us lots of recommendations and an overview of the local area before we arrived. Not only was he attentive, but he also gave us lots of advice - he even went out of his way by giving us a lift to a car rental place completely free of charge. The check out process was extremely relaxed, and there was brilliant communication. Overall, the host Alessandro was lovely, going above and beyond, as well as the villa being absolutely beautiful. There was a gate which allowed us to put our car there safely, there was cooking facilities, an outdoor space which was so lovely to spend time in, as well as a washing machine available. The outdoor shower was also a great bonus, which we loved using! I would definitely recommend.

Great apartment and host. The apartment is clean , spacious and with a great outside space . Location is perfect , 5 mins walk to the beach and cafes and restaurants . Highly recommend and we will stay here again!
