Facing a body of water, on the edge of the Perseigne forest (Alençon 7 km), a little bucolic corner to escape daily stress. You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there. There is a dedicated space for working with an excellent fiber connection. Walks in the forest. Golf and water sports center 10 minutes away. Trail tracks. Horseback riding and canoeing possible in nearby clubs.

La Poudrière, the city in peace

Welcome to La Poudrière, its location and assets will be a plus for your stay. It is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy a south-facing outdoor area and family atmosphere. In an elegant atmosphere, you will have two bedrooms with king size or twin beds, one bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. A baby crib is available on request. You will have a garage to park a sedan up to 1.70 m high and a space in front of the house.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.
