Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Astoria

As always the house was great and Alerie was super quick with responses! Beautiful home and amazing walk to the beach!

James’s home is one of the nicest Air B’nBs I’ve ever rented. Everything was immaculately clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and James was easy to communicate with. The kitchen has everything one could need, the bed was like a cloud, the hot tub was perfection, and the large wall of windows overlooking the beach are even more impressive in person. Would love to come back for another visit in the future.

We had a pluming issue during our stay. It was a minor inconvenience for our kids but didn't affect my wife and me. :-) Having said that, Malia (and Arnie) were very prompt in their communications and extremely courteous. They contacted the owner and we received partial refund for the inconvenience. We ended up also receiving a GREAT prime rib dinner from Ruby's. We played games on the lawn in the back and used the fire pit. (great way to recycle!) Walked the beach every day. Very nice and friendly community. We visited several sites on historical interests also. Great Stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at the Lailer's guesthouse in Ocean Park and we enjoyed it again as much as our first. Lovely gardens surround the house and there is a bonus small "hermatige" that serves as a sunroom/retreat for relaxing, meditating, reading, with comfortable chairs and lots of windows and light. The guesthouse is pristine in cleanliness. The kitchen is well stocked with quality pots and pans and it was easy to cook our own meals while there. There are many small touches that make this place very special, including its history, the artwork, the comfortable furniture, and the overall layout and functionality of the space. It is obviously a place that is well loved and cared for. The beach is a short walk down a road with interesting shops and local characters. Two grocery stores within a couple of blocks. Very quiet at night and early morning. The Lailers are friendly and easy to communicate with. Already looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful family vacation! Katie's place has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with spices, etc. We lacked for nothing. It was a joy to use the fireplace and fire pit several nights. There's an outside shower with hot water that made a huge difference regarding sandy children and adults. Katie has toys, books and games that were greatly appreciated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were attractive and comfortable. The open concept was roomy and comfirtable. We all agree that a return trip is in our future! The location is private and convenient to shopping, Cannon Beach and Astoria. We enjoyed the beach and exploring the area. There's not one thing that I would change! Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home!

Susan (and Capone’s) home is absolutely perfect. The space was comfortable, charming, had gorgeous views and very close to restaurants, shops and interesting things to do in Astoria. We loved relaxing on the decks, looking at the water and spending time with Capone— who is truly the sweetest kitty. I would, without hesitation, book Susan’s home again!

Nicole’s place is a few minutes from the port. We were able to walk to the Saturday Market and go to her recommended Coffe Place, the Ebb Cafe. Wonderful stay and friendly host.

Beautiful home. Bigger than expected. Loads of space. Saw some Elk in the neighbor’s yard. Close beach access.

This was a wonderful stop on our trip from Newport Oregon to Anacortes. We prefer to cook our dinners and the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of storage for the foodstuffs we brought with us. The living room was very comfortable and the selection of books and cookbooks was incredible. The king size bed was a happy surprise and it was comfortable, with plenty of storage for our clothes in the bedroom. I must mention the lovely and helpful Ms. Janet and thank her for not only supplying us with a few items we felt were missing from the kitchen but also for great conversation. Long Beach is a delightful destination and a short trip to Astoria and the wonderful Columbia River Maritime Museum and Fort Columbia. In Long Beach, don’t skip the Kite Museum and Marsh’s Free Museum for outrageous exhibits. So plan to stay awhile and ask for unit 1 when you reserve with Paula. You won’t regret it.

What an amazing place to stay! The little details, the instructions, the comfort, not to mention the views! Wish we could stay longer!

The place was perfect for 2 people and our older dog. Was very quiet which was perfect as we go to bed early. Check in was easy as Allison was very responsive. Bed was super comfy too which we appreciated because we have had our share of some not so comfy beds. Overall nice stay! Thank you

Thank you, Beverly for a great stay! The house was cozy and your thoughtful touches (snacks) made us feel right at home. We loved the vintage charm of McMinnville's 3rd Street. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Our host was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to McMinnville.

We just arrived home from another wonderful weekend at Deja View. What an absolutely beautiful condo located at Rockaway Beach. The giant picture window allows a breathtaking view of the ocean. Sitting in the comfy chair by the window watching beautiful Oregon sunsets is my favorite spot to be. ♥️ The condo is beautifully furnished with a beachy fun look. Easy beach access too! The community leaves sand toys for all to enjoy as well. Our grandchildren had so much fun on one of our stays last summer. No need to bring everything plus the kitchen sink. The condo had everything for us throughout the condo. We also love the sweet town of Rockaway too- cute shops and fun restaurants to choose from. Deja View has become our home away from home. We enjoy bringing our 4 grandchildren with us too. They have so much fun in the bunk bed room. The parking is easy and safe with an elevator for easy access to the condo. We will definitely be heading back to Deja View again soon.

This place was great! We rode bikes to everything, that was so nice! The house was well appointed, in a great location, clean and so cozy!

Best spot to stay in Cannon Beach! Right on access to beach and in the center of town, but still quiet. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely and relaxing stay. Plenty of space and great lighting to get ready for a wedding I was attending in the area. The city around is very walkable and the garden behind the apartment was complete with lovely neighbors, serene views, and delicious strawberries.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hex Odyssey! The house was stunning and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making our arrival and departure a breeze. Our host, Lance, provided incredibly clear instructions, which made navigating the property easy. What truly made our experience special was Lance's hospitality. He was not only friendly but also incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket and a bottle of Argyle sparkling wine waiting for us, which added a lovely touch to our stay. It was evident that he genuinely cared about ensuring we had a wonderful time. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Hex Odyssey to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

I had my bachelorette party here and it was perfect!!! The house is clean and modern and the views are incredible. It was perfect for a big group! Also so close to several wineries. The perfect getaway spot!

This is an absolutely stunning rental with great amenities. We wish we had more time here! We stayed here after our wedding night, and it was the perfect spot to feel special as newlyweds. Well before we checked out the following day, we were already talking about wanting to rebook for a future stay. The farmhouse is beautiful and feels simultaneously rustic and luxurious. I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for charm, this place has it! We had 11 people ranging from 2 years old to 85 years old and this place was perfect. There is tons of room. We cooked nearly all our meals for 4 days and the kitchen worked perfectly for that. Plus the dining room table sat us all. The bedrooms are large. The mattresses and bedding was all high quality and everyone slept really well. Ive stayed in several properties in this price caliber and this was one of the best.

The house was beautiful and a short walk to the beach! I will say if you have kids, they may want to wear pants on the walk to the beach. The path on the way to the beach has prickly things that cut our toddlers ankles. But the house truly is just a short walk to a more secluded section of beach. Our family had a great trip! No need to leave unless you want to explore. Seaside was a 10 minute drive, so very close and convenient! Our nephew left his stuffy at the house and they mailed it to us, which was so great! We recommend the house for sure!

We had an incredible stay at the Hex House! The photos really can’t capture how comfortable and cozy the space really is. The instructions were easy to follow and Lance communicated everything before we arrived, so no need to reach out while we stayed. The weather was cool and wet so we didn’t get to use the pool, but the hot tub and sauna were great! We had a group of six and there was so much space. We can’t wait to come back again, maybe next time with our partners! Thanks so much!

Beautiful views and layout. Well equipped kitchen. This house is a gem nestled in the Willamette wine country. The perfect place to celebrate with our daughter for her 25th birthday and graduation from Willamette Law. Memories to cherish. Marie, Mike & Francesca Muchow
