Great apartment, great location, great host, great trip! This was in the perfect location for exploring all things Acropolis. From the apartment we walked to everything. Magda (host) gave us a lot of local recommendations for things to do and restaurants. Magda was very responsive and gave clear, easy to follow instructions for everything. We would most definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks!

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

Maria's apartment is small but nice. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but centrally located and with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The bed was wonderful, because of the fine thin sheet we did not need the air conditioning (which was there). When showering, the holder of the shower head was broken. Maria arranged for this to be replaced the same day. She is also very friendly.

Very responsive host and a clean and lovely space. The espresso was wonderful and when I ran out of pods the host refilled them within a couple hours. They also checked in multiple times to see if I needed refreshed towels or anything which was very nice. Lovely location blocks away from monastriaki square and made the whole city very accessible.

Our stay at Rhada and George’s loft was fabulous. It is within walking distance of all the major sights and museums and located in a vibrant community with restaurants, bars and coffee shops buzzing with life. After a busy day exploring it was wonderful to come home to the studio apartment and sit out on the veranda with views out to the hills. We thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay again if in Athens again. Rhada and George were quickly responsive to messages and questions.

Beautiful, clean apartment with great amenities. Really liked the neighborhood and being close enough to walk to tourist sites but not directly in the hectic area. Felt safe and comfortable. Host was very communicative and amenable.

We were very happy to be back at Spiros’s place again after our holiday to Naxos and Paros. It’s the fifth time we have stayed and it was such a lovely end to our vacation. We loved sitting out on the rooftop looking at the Acropolis, eating out in wonderful restaurants and absorbing the history and culture of Athens. Spiros was so kind and friendly - he even bought us a bottle of wine and chocolates at the end of our stay. I highly recommend Spiros’s place - it’s clean, comfortable and right in the centre of the Plaka. You won’t find a better rooftop terrace in the whole of Athens! Thank you Spiros and we look forward to coming again for our holidays next year.

Highly recommend! Perfect area to walk to everything, tourist market and lots of restaurants and bars. The Acropolis was about a 20 min walk. Super cute and roomy 2 bedroom with large living room and a little balcony. Easy check in on a key pad and an elevator to help with luggage. Don’t hesitate and book this apartment!

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

The apartment was as described and comfortable! Easy to find and easier check-in with clear instructions. The view was amazing and despite being in the thick of a popular area, the apartment and balcony were very quiet and peaceful.

This was a stunning apartment in a vibrant neighborhood. The amazing view of the Acropolis was breathtaking and memorable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt right at home. We will definitely be booking this place again.

I had a good time staying at this place because it was located in a great area. The apartment was modern and super clean. The walk to the metro and places to eat are only 2 minutes with a million places to chose from. The only bad thing I would say is, the best view of the acropolis is from the hot tub or jacuzzi. Lastly, if you are a person who stays up late and sleeps in, well this place does not have black out curtains so the natural light might be an issue. Other than that, I would still stay at this place again.

My stay at Alfiario’s apartment was a true Airbnb experience. Alfiario was easy contactable, proactive, and welcomed us with open arms on arrival. She also took the time to recommend surrounding attractions and dining options, which we have found to be truly delightable. Very comfortable accommodation, I highly recommend Alfiaro’s accommodation, especially if you want to stay away from the typical tourist traps.

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

The view of the Acropolis is stunning and the balcony area is the highlight of this place. The bedroom is also nice as well as living and kitchen. Overall the Apartment it self is great. The building is old though and the elevator ancient and without much safety. The neighbourhood also is not that great. All in all this place is for the view and the Jacuzzi, although the Jacuzzi when used burns your eyes which is strange.

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.
