Apartment holiday rentals in Athens

The place was just as described, the view was amazing. It was in a perfect spot to walk to everything, safe, close to the metro and one of the best places we have stayed at. Hoping this spot is open when we come back to Athens. Check in and out was easy and welcoming. Σας ευχαριστώ!!!

We were blown away by the location in Athens and Eva’s assistance from booking to checking out. Great location, so close to Acropolis and Plaka. She sent us recommendations for everything and arranged taxis for arrival and departure. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has incredible views. We would definitely stay again!!

Kjempebra beliggenhet og en flott vertinne som delte av seg alt du kunne trenge av informasjon. Leiligheten var ren og ryddig og selv om den ligger helt innpå alt var det samtidig fredelig. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Maria’s appartement is klein maar fijn. Het ligt in een rustige wijk, maar wel centraal gelegen en met genoeg horeca op loopafstand. Het bed lag heerlijk, door het fijne dunne laken hadden we de airconditioning (die er wel was) niet nodig. Bij het douchen was de houder van de douchekop kapot. Maria regelde dat dit dezelfde dag nog vervangen werd. Ze is ook erg vriendelijk.

Our stay at Rhada and George’s loft was fabulous. It is within walking distance of all the major sights and museums and located in a vibrant community with restaurants, bars and coffee shops buzzing with life. After a busy day exploring it was wonderful to come home to the studio apartment and sit out on the veranda with views out to the hills. We thoroughly recommend it and would love to stay again if in Athens again. Rhada and George were quickly responsive to messages and questions.

Beautiful, clean apartment with great amenities. Really liked the neighborhood and being close enough to walk to tourist sites but not directly in the hectic area. Felt safe and comfortable. Host was very communicative and amenable.

Very nice apartment and strategically located. Close to the main attractions and public transportation. Walking distance to Acropolis (short) and Felt safe even at night. I am looking forward to visiting Athens again and staying at Spiros. Very close to shopping area called Plaka and our favourite restaurant Othanasis is about 900 m from the apartment.

We were very happy to be back at Spiros’s place again after our holiday to Naxos and Paros. It’s the fifth time we have stayed and it was such a lovely end to our vacation. We loved sitting out on the rooftop looking at the Acropolis, eating out in wonderful restaurants and absorbing the history and culture of Athens. Spiros was so kind and friendly - he even bought us a bottle of wine and chocolates at the end of our stay. I highly recommend Spiros’s place - it’s clean, comfortable and right in the centre of the Plaka. You won’t find a better rooftop terrace in the whole of Athens! Thank you Spiros and we look forward to coming again for our holidays next year.

We had a great time in this apartment! Beautifully designed space with an amazing view of Athens. Hot tub was very clean and easy to use! Kitchen and bathroom were supplied with everything you could need, and the bed was very comfortable after a long day. Hosts were helpful and easy to communicate with - loved this place! Would definitely recommend and will be back!

We loved Renata’s place! She provided everything we could have needed. The apartment was clean. Easy to get to all the sites, tons of restaurants around. Renata is super responsive and proactive in her communications. She even helped us get a transfer from the airport to her place. It was seamless on our end, though I know she had to do the extra work to make everything come together. We would definitely come back if we are in Athens again. Thank you!!

Amazing stay! I was in Europe for 6 weeks and this was by far my favorite Airbnb the entire trip. The apartment is really nice and the rooftop is absolutely stunning. It's located in a busy area so there's a lot to do nearby, and the apartment is surprisingly really quiet throughout the day and night. The host was also super responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Tout est parfait : la vue est incroyable, dans le SPA c'est le next level !!! L'appartement est impeccable, propre , moderne et decoré avec gout et avec tous les conforts. Le parking est très pratique si vous louez une petite voiture. Bref, mon epouse aussi ne voulait plus repartir 😊 Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir, merci Konstantinos et Dan !!!

Loved my stay at this one-bedroom apartment in Kolonaki! The place was super clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. There was a lovely little balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee, and I could even see the Acropolis from the bedroom—such a memorable detail. Check-in was smooth, and the Chris was incredibly responsive—made everything feel effortless. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of a high-end neighborhood full of great restaurants, designer boutiques, and cozy cafés. I was able to walk to the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and the Ancient Agora site with ease. It’s the perfect base for exploring Athens while still enjoying a peaceful and upscale vibe.

The place is in an excellent location, its spacious and well kept. I’d recommend for anyone visiting Athens

I had a good time staying at this place because it was located in a great area. The apartment was modern and super clean. The walk to the metro and places to eat are only 2 minutes with a million places to chose from. The only bad thing I would say is, the best view of the acropolis is from the hot tub or jacuzzi. Lastly, if you are a person who stays up late and sleeps in, well this place does not have black out curtains so the natural light might be an issue. Other than that, I would still stay at this place again.

My stay at Alfiario’s apartment was a true Airbnb experience. Alfiario was easy contactable, proactive, and welcomed us with open arms on arrival. She also took the time to recommend surrounding attractions and dining options, which we have found to be truly delightable. Very comfortable accommodation, I highly recommend Alfiaro’s accommodation, especially if you want to stay away from the typical tourist traps.

It is quite a rare occasion at this point to find a place in Athens that truly enriches your stay. This is one of those few remaining places where you get to immerse yourself in another person‘s place and life for a bit. The kitchen, library, balcony and living room took me back to summers in my family’s place in Athens - a liminal experience between nostalgia and novelty. Meeting the host in person was also a highlight of the stay. Thank you Iason!

This is great location for exploring all Athens has to offer on foot or using public transport. The accommodation offered everything we needed and despite normal city centre noise levels we had no problem sleeping. We would certainly stay there again.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.
