Die Küche ist separat. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon zur Nord-West-Seite (ca 8m²). „Beiboot“ kann mit der Ferienwohnung „Bill“ zu einer großen Wohnung (4 Betten) kombiniert werden.
