La casa si affaccia su un prato fronte lago all’imbocco della pista ciclabile e gode di un'ottima vista sul lago e sulle Tre Cime di Lavaredo. L'alloggio è su un unico livello ed è posto al piano terreno. L'appartamento vi offre un intimo locale cucina-soggiorno perfettamente attrezzato. L’unica camera presenta un letto matrimoniale. E’ possibile usufruire anche di un terzo letto standard.
