Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

Situated just 15 minutes away from Belcastel, one of the prettiest medieval villages in the area (with its well-known 1 * Michelin Restaurant), as well as the Château de Bournazel, one of best Renaissance restoration of Occitanie. The town of Rodez is 30 min away. Very good for shopping and also a cultural visit at the Musée Soulages. But you might just like to come and rest & enjoy some nice walks & beautiful views .

Medieval Fort, Sud Ardèche stunning loft with pool

Formally a fortified castle “Fort de La Bastide “ was constructed on the site of a Roman military station. The earliest historical mention is 1417 and it's long history includes an invasion in 1584 by Protestants during the period of the Huguenot wars. The fort has maintained many original features including the old stone staircase at the front door leading up to a 4 bedroomed loft apartment . There is full access to the large garden including an 10mx4m in-ground heated swimming pool .

The area surrounding our peaceful village of Nanton offers beautiful bike rides and hikes, visits to numerous historical sites and charming villages nearby, as well as a pool for moments of relaxation.

Welcome to the banks of the Creek. On the garden level of our house, (We live on the first floor) discover a small independent cocoon bathed in calm and greenery. This entire independent accommodation offers you all the comforts you need for a peaceful break, whether for a weekend or an extended stay. Cozy bedroom, small living room, bathroom private, outdoor kitchen, swimming pool. Private entrance. Only the entrance to the land is common.

Our house is intended for a family with children, comfortable for a couple. -We offer a studio: Dining table, Mini bar, Coffee maker, kettle. - No kitchen - Internet -Toilet and shower - Bed (1600x2000) - bed (1200x1900) -Only dogs are accepted: We ask for an extra €15 per stay per dog not exceeding 40cm at the withers, beyond this size the surcharge amounts to €30. We limit the number of these companions to two.
