It is a traditional wooden haystack, from the late nineteenth century ideal for families or groups of friends, for the 5 rooms available, but cozy enough for small families. 10 minutes from Aveiro, it is also a wonderful place for children, with many activities available from water sports, walks on the catwalks, mini-golf and tennis. We share with you this little corner where we are so happy!

A short distance from Porto, not far from Coimbra and very close to Aveiro, you will find a natural lagoon . Casa da Salgada in the village of Fermentelos, more precisely in the street of Salgada that begins near the house and ends a few meters lower on the shore of the lagoon of Pateira. Built at the end of the 19th century by a merchant based in Brazil, it was completely renovated at the beginning of 2021, the result is a house with soul and history dressed in comfort and charm.

Guest house is separate from my place but in the same property. It comprises 3 large double rooms with 3 double beds.Has a fully equipped kitchenette, dinning area, satélite TV, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), furnished garden with several seating areas and BBQ. We are close to the main Avenue of the city of Aveiro, 1400 meters from the tourist area/historic center and 600 meters from the Aveiro Footbridges. Aveiro train station is about 800 meters away. It is a calm, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and at the same time rest.
