Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aventine Hill

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

This was one of the best Air BnBs we have stayed in. Light and airy, spacious, super clean, and the building had great character. We were able to walk to the Collesseum and there was a metro just around the corner. Andrea was super friendly, responsive and made some great dining recommendations (we tried several of them - Trattoria Monti was a stand out!). There is a small toaster oven which was good for reheating leftover pizza and foccacia. Note there is no microwave. Washer/dryer was great for doing our clothes before moving to our next destination. Highly recommended- thank you Andrea and Luciana.

Cristina was a wonderful host! The amenities she provided wete tremendous ... we came into coffee and sugar, wine, and more! It was such a neat and artsy area in Rome - Travestere is a very unique place, if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Colosseum, etc. We traveled there (Vatican, etc.) very easily, just on the other side of the bridge! However, this was a great little apartmento with sort of a "speak easy" entrance! We loved it. We will go back!

Very lovely apartment! Clean and just enough space for 2-4 people. Mattia is a wonderful host that was extremely helpful and courteous! He was very responsive and even went out of his way to provide an item we needed for the second leg of our trip. Entire space was clean and well stocked. Easily walkable to all major spots and Uber is available in this area as well. Very close to train station. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice. Definitely a good place for a couple to stay at, very close to tram and bus lines that go to the heart of the city. And a lot of great restaurants at a walking distance. Kind of pricey but very good overall 👌🏻

We had a great 5 night stay at Luca’s apt. Great walkable location to all the major sights. We’d take taxi/Uber to the places in AM if early times then walk ‘home’. Great neighborhood of course and close bakery around the corner for quick AM cafe and baked goods for the kids. Also - GREAT AIR conditioning. We’d usually come back in afternoon for siesta and relax in the hottest part of the day. 100% would stay here again!! Also- small elevator if you needed a break from the stairs. Thanks Luca!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was ideal — within walking distance to many of the main churches, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the A/C after long summer days. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. Grazie mille!

I have stayed in plenty of beautiful Italian Air BnBs over the years for both work and leisure trips but this apartment was for sure one of the most beautiful. Very charming building and location in the heart of Trastevere. Marina was such a helpful and responsive host with lots of detailed recommendations close by and throughout the rest of the city. Very smooth and easy check-in process.

Great location to walk and see all the major sights in Rome. Good AC for the heat in Rome. Washer and Dryer combo was great for clothes. Very safe with multiple layers of security.

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Great location: close to metro and 24/7 supermarket, next to a park. The house is big enough and clean. It features an al fresco dining area. You can leave your car near the house. The owners are quick to respond to any questions.

The apartment is located in a nice area, close to a beautiful viewpoint of Rome. It is beautifully decorated, safe, quiet, and provides everything you need. The host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

This was the perfect spot for us in Rome. We setup in Rome, walked Rome on the first day and then took day trips to Naples and Florence so being close to the Metro Station was a must for us. Marco walked out and met us on the first day to make sure we had no issues finding the AirBnB and gave us a quick overview. Everything was perfect and clean. I highly recommend!

Fantastic place and host. Very comfortable and 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute taxi ride to Vatican City. Many great food options and shops right outside the door. Host was helpful and responsive.
