Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

På vintern ett paradis med skridskoåkning på sjön, längdskidspår i Gyllbergen och bara 10 minuter till Romme Alpins 31 pister. Ulvsbo där familj och vänner kan umgås, koppla av och skapa minnen tillsammans.

Boende närmare vattnet är svårt att hitta. Att ta båten eller vintertid gå ut till Holmen utanför för att grilla och se på solnedgången är ett extra plus. 2 supboard finns att hyra, samt elmotor till båten. Sommartid går ibland nötdjur i närheten, och man kan då behöva öppna och stänga stängsel för att komma till stugan. Internet fungerar bra med mobilt bredband. VINTERINFO: Romme Alpin och Kungsberget är slalombackar 65 km bort. Ryllshyttebacken är en trevlig familjebacke 12 km bort.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Close to both forest and lake. 200 meters to Hedströmmen - you can both see and hear the steam from the cottage. It is five minutes by car to the child-friendly bathing area Sandviksbadet in Långsvan. In addition, there are several bathing areas and canoe trails nearby.
