Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Avola

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Rosaria has been an amazing host during our trip. We had everything we needed and much more. Rosaria let us check in early and helped us to settle in, she had many complimentary snacks waiting for us, gave us great recommendations for places to go and also gave us everything we needed to have an amazing beach day ( things like umbrellas, beach towels, playing cards). We were a group of 4 and everyone was very comfortable and happy, the house is very clean, everything looks new and excellent quality. The rooftop was beautiful as well. The location was great and it was very easy parking right beside the main door. We loved everything about our stay. Everything was excellent. Thank you Rosaria for being a great host.

From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Oriana is an absolutely wonderful host. She is extremely welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much. Oriana greeted us personally upon arrival and showed us around and how a few things worked. She then came back later on with fresh pizza dough - which she went out of her way to source on an Italian Bank Holiday, when most places were closed. She then stayed and helped make the pizza bases, whilst her husband was outside showing other members of our group how to use the outdoor pizza oven. This was far beyond what we’d ever expect of any Airbnb host. Incredible hospitality. The home itself was beautiful. It was so well equipped and absolutely spotlessly clean. It’s also bigger than pictures suggest. The outdoor area is spotless again. I cannot recommend this property, and especially its host, highly enough. I could say so much more but for the character limit! Absolutely amazing stay and we will definitely visit again.

We absolutely adored being in Uccio’s family home for a week 💛 his parents & him were so welcoming and attentive to our needs… our two year old quickly got to know the yard very well and enjoyed playing on the toys there and watching the cats, chickens & dog! He was so cared for by Uccio’s mumma too and she made us all feel so at home… even had a Sicilian cooking lesson! Fresh eggs and the freshest produce… what a beautiful stay. Grazie miele! The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

We (6 adults, one toddler) had a fantastic time at the villa! It is very charming, with the perfect blend of historic character and modern amenities. It has everything you need for a great stay. The location is very peaceful and yet well connected. A large store selling groceries and other stuff you may need is a few minutes drive away, and there are restaurants and markets nearby in Pozzalo. We mostly cooked dinner at home since we loved eating outside on the veranda. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. The villa serves as an excellent base for day trips to places such as Siracusa, Modica, Villa Romana del Casale, Marzamemi, and Ragusa. William and Antonella are the most welcoming hosts, and they shared lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area. It was a pleasure meeting them, and we hope to visit again!

Giorgio’s house was exactly what we wanted for our Modica vacation. A touch of the Sicilian countryside not too far from town. It truly did become home for the time we were there. Cooking pizzas in the wood fire oven and daily soaks in the wellness center. We won’t soon forget this beautiful place. The amazing cherry on top was Giorgio’s amazing hospitality and desire to share his local favorites with us.

An exceptional apartment on the beach. Highly recommended.

We stayed only for a day, the flat had everything we wanted. We could easily walk to Ortigia and the area is safe as we walked back late at night. Fabio recommended restaurants and they were superb. Recommend this place.

A lovely apartment with good facilities and furnishings, wonderfully easy use of a private beach and not too far away to drive to the restaurants and sights of Syracuse.

A very pretty house right in front of the beautiful beach. Very comfortable and friendly host If I go to Syracuse again, I definitely want to stop by again!

Perfect vacation; Titti made us feel at ease right away. We were five adults and each had their own space; the thing that struck us most was the absolute dedication of the owner to the daily care of the beautiful and large garden. For those who love rocks, there is direct access to the sea, and for beach lovers, it is a ten-minute walk away. Definitely a positive experience.

Upon our arrival we found the house very clean both inside and outside and the owners, Antonella and Sergio, left us some very welcome drinks in the fridge (it never happens!) The house is stocked with everything you need in both the bathrooms and the kitchen (even coffee pods!) and the spaces are very comfortable. The garden has a shower that allows you to wash in total privacy and we really appreciated it, as well as the water purifier that avoids heavy purchases at the supermarket. In addition, the location of the house is strategic for visiting the most beautiful places in this part of eastern Sicily. Antonella and Sergio are extraordinary people: scrupulous, always available and generous. We'll be back to see you… both the apartment and the hosts deserve 5 stars!

The place is lovely overlooking the mountains and in a great location with easy drive into Siracusa, Noto, Avola etc. it is also close to lovely beaches. Priscilla is super helpful and responsive and gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants! One thing to note is that the property is just off a busy road so you will hear road traffic when sitting outside or having windows open.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is just a few steps from the archaeological park, which makes it the ideal place for those who want to attend shows at the Greek theater. Highly recommended!
