New quiet studio

Détendez-vous dans ce studio indépendant dans une maison au calme avec entrée autonome par un atelier. Stationnement gratuit à 50m. Le logement est situé dans une impasse au pied de départ de randonnée. Le linge de maison est fourni avec le lit fait à l'arrivée. Un forfait ménage de 15€ est inclus pour le confort de tous. Welcome Home ! Si vous aimez ce qui est tiny et cosy alors c’est fait pour vous! Située dans une impasse résidentielle arborée vous serez bien au calme. La tiny a une localisation parfaite à seulement 10min du centre ville d’Angers en voiture. À pied : Bus = 5min. Tramway = 15min. Boulangerie/pharmacie/tabac = 5min Cuisine toute équipée avec four, grille-pain, frigo, plaque électrique. Salle de bain avec douche pluie, toilettes sèches ! P.S : 2 chats peuvent rendre visite en journée :)

We have created this large 25 m2 studio attached to our house with a separate entrance and accessible via a classic staircase. Everything is new. You will have no parking problems and if necessary you will have access to our spacious garage for your vehicle or other equipment (bicycle, motorcycle...). The entrance is through the garden. The studio is composed of a large living space (night area and well-defined kitchen area) and its bathroom with spacious shower.
