In the living room a sleeping chair (1 m X 1.90 m) for another guest . Wi-Fi available. The apartment is bright and quiet. Only for guest, no shared flats , no shared common areas. Stairlift available, but the front door has two steps without a ramp.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located apartment. The small but stylish and fully equipped non-smoking apartment is located in the center of our village of around 1800 inhabitants. The apartment is at ground level and largely barrier-free. Right next door is a grocery store and several snacks. In about 400 m you can already reach the R99 bike path on the Weser. Shopping is about 150 m right around the corner.

Sit back and relax, turn on the fireplace on cold days or swing on your bike, go canoeing, explore the Reinhardswald, or throw the barbecue on. The local gastronomy also has plenty of things to offer. Especially with children, a visit to the Sababurg Zoo is an absolute highlight. Or maybe historic?
