Enjoy our two cottages located in the heart of the countryside along the river, in an exceptional setting perfect for relaxation at a wellness center that can accommodate 6 to 10 people. You’ll have access to the heated pool (May through October), a hot tub, and a sauna, and a naturopath is on-site to provide treatments and massages. These cottages are close to Futuroscope (30 min), as well as the Atlantic Coast (2 hours) and Puy du Fou (1 hour 25 min).

For your outings, 20 km from the Futuroscope, Poitiers, the cities to discover Saint-Savin, Chauvigny, Montmorillon the city of writing and the Puy du Fou.

30 minutes from the Futuroscope, 55 m2 accommodation, independent with private entrance, in a stone house with character, with enclosed and wooded land, outdoor swimming pool. We will welcome you with pleasure and remain discreet during your stay. Our rental includes on the ground floor, a kitchen with dining room, upstairs a sofa with TV, a bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine bedroom with 140 x 190 bed. Gîte du Marronnier de Montrouge 10 min to Futuroscope

40 m² cottage completely renovated adjoining our Poitevin farmhouse, located 10 minutes from the center of Poitiers (8 km) and 14 minutes from the Futuroscope (11 km). We will be delighted to host you in our ideal cottage for 2 adults and 2 children (possibility of adding a baby bed in the master bedroom). A basic breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, chocolate, tea, rusks, brioche, butter, jam, spread, orange juice).

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

The Oak Lodge - SPA, close to Futuroscope

We renovated a former wine cellar to create this 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. The Lodge du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The Lodge is fully equipped, independent and adjoining the owners' house. Guests will enjoy its terrace, private garden, as well as a barn with a private 5-seat HOT TUB with free access.

We offer a new, peaceful accommodation located in a private property with a beautiful garden. Access is independent with private parking. In the center of a village bearing the "flowered village" label, close to all shops, this gîte is also suitable for professionals passing through. Located 20 minutes from Poitiers, Futuroscope and Arena.

Cottage of the Plant

Located in the heart of the Domaine de la Plante, this former guardhouse of the Château de Thuré overlooks the countryside and offers stunning views stretching over 50 km. Outside, a wooded garden and terrace invite you to relax, with a backdrop of remarkable Gallo-Roman caves visible from the property.

We renovated an old house to create this cottage. La Maison du Chêne is located in a village with all the necessary amenities. The house is fully equipped, independent of the owners' house. Guests will enjoy the terrace and private garden.
