Beautiful modern & authentic house 8-10 people.

Beautiful quiet house in the city center, modern and authentic, where young and old will find happiness (foosball, trampoline, ping-pong...). This is our family home, where we gather from time to time with family and friends. We designed it as if we lived there full time: quality bedding, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large garden with terrace where you can choose between lounging on the deckchairs and the activities available.

Warm studio, attached to the main house, about 25 m2 with mezzanine, ideally located in a coastal town just 10 minutes from the train station and the center of La Rochelle. It has an equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, a mezzanine bed and a small terrace. You can also safely park your car at the property.
