Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Babići

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus von Nejc. Es ist einfach eine Wohlfühloase! Ein tolles Haus, das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Es ist alles da was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der idyllische Garten hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue erfreut und auch unser Hund liebt es dort. Um an die Küste zu kommen muss man 20 Minuten mit dem Auto einplanen, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Nejc ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und trotzdem absolut die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste bewahrt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen! Danke Nejc!!!💖

Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Als wir angekommen sind haben wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ländlich, grün und ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr stylisch mit vielen warmen Farben eingerichtet - perfekt um vom Alltag runterzukommen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft durch die drei verschiedenen Ebenen sehr weitläufig. Beim Pool konnten wir nicht feststellen wo wir diesen beheizen können, allerdings waren wir sowieso immer im Whirlpool. Eine für uns an sich perfekte Unterkunft. Wir würden aber maximal 4 Erwachsene empfehlen, da man sich sonst ein Zimmer teilen müsste.

Wunderschöne ruhige Lage. Wir waren mit drei Familien da -dafür ist es die perfekte Unterkunft. Wir konnten jeden Morgen und Abend ganz entspannt auf der Terrasse gemeinsam essen. Viele Schlafzimmer mit Bädern , so dass das auch mit den vielen Menschen und Kindern ganz einfach war. Sehr nette und schnelle Kommunikation mit Francesco. Ca 20-30 min von sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Kleine Wanderung nach Groznjan direkt vom Haus aus möglich. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen ! This Property had the most amazing view of Motovun. The only things we would preface for anyone looking at the property: *If you have younger kids, be aware that the pool is right next to the pool house and home with no barriers. *If coming in the cooler months where you will need heat: There is no furnace or heat pump for the home, so you will be required to use a wood burning fireplace/stove. This wood burner heats the whole house efficiently, but it is something you will have to stock and service this yourself. *Be aware that you are right next to the woods and are basically in the country here, so you may have to look out for little critters Other than these couple items, our stay was pleasant and felt we got the most out of our stay in Istria.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Haus war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, sogar noch besser. Die Lage war ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden. Besonders gefallen hat uns die gemütliche Terrasse, der schöne Ausblick , die moderne Einrichtung. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Wonderful stay in Piran after a few days in Central Slovenia - apartment was perfect for our group of two couples with room to spare. We especially enjoyed the view from the rooftop. Would certainly recommend. Sweet seaside town.

Wir waren auf Durchreise für 4 Nächte bei Bojana. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, auch die Hündin Sarah ihrer Eltern hat sich gefreut. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, besonders das Bad mit der Infrarot Sauna ist schön um Abends zu entspannen. Die Küche und Schlafzimmer sind gut ausgestattet, das Bett war gemütlich. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen großen Kamin, aber nur eine kleine Couch, zu zweit auf dem Sofa chillen ist nicht wirklich möglich. Draußen gibt es eine kleine Bank und einen Sessel mit einem Tisch, paar Sonnenliegen wären noch cooler. Wir hatten uns mit Picknick Decke mit Sarah (Hund) gemütliche Abende gemacht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Wir haben uns von Minute 1 bei Emanuela sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten war toll und es ist alles mit viel Liebe gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

Pero's place was perfect for us with easy parking, all the amenities you might need and captivating views from the deck. Close enough to Opatija and Rijeka but still a peaceful retreat at the end of the day.

We had a fantastic stay at 'The Q'. Iva made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment was well equipped with everything that we needed and was incredibly comfortable. When we needed recommendations for food or even rental bikes, Iva helped get us linked up with someone that brought rental bikes to our home. Things like this made our stay feel easy and relaxing. The apartment is absolutely lovely. The kids had a blast playing in the pool. Short walk to old town for great food and shopping and also an easy walk over to the park where we explored the various beaches and played in the sea. Would highly recommend staying here if you're in Rovinj and are looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay with attentive and kind hosts.

Patrik was a great host. He was there to welcome us and tend to our every need. The place was more beautiful in person and very clean. I had a great time. I definitely recommend staying here!

Villa Elizabeth was geweldig. We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving, de heerlijke tuin, het zwembad, de fietsen en stepjes. Een dikke 10! We komen zeker terug!

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt bei Connor! Das Haus und der Garten samt Pool sind großartig und sehr geeignet mit Family und Hund eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Ein sehr schöner frei zugänglicher großer Strand befindet sich nördlich von Porec (Pichlinger Mer/Hawaii Beach). Hier dürfen auch Hunde baden. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch und schön eingerichtet, eine richtige Wohlfühloase. Gelegentlich hört man von anderen Häusern ausgelassene Partygäste. Diese Location ist aber trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Villa ist in echt noch einmal viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, was für uns sehr hilfreich war. Der Hobbyraum wurde extrem oft genutzt und war eine perfekte Ergänzung zu Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool. Wir waren eine Jugendgruppe mit 13 Personen und würden das Airbnb auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Het huisje is fantastisch en sfeervol ingericht. Het ligt heerlijk rustig en privé. Alles is aanwezig, super schoon en erg goed verzorgd. Ana is ontzettend gastvrij en vriendelijk en ook goed bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen tijdens het verblijf. Wij, een gezin met twee kinderen (9 en 11 jaar) hebben genoten van het verblijf. Het zwembad dat het hele jaar door gebruikt kan worden was een echte hit! Een absolute aanrader en een fijne plek om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Unser Urlaub war einfach wunderschön. Schon bei der Ankunft verschlug es uns den Atem, weil die Villa traumhaft liegt mit einem grandiosen Blick über die Adria. Einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen! Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen, es war alles so wie beschrieben. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und von jedem Zimmer hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Familienurlaub. Wir werden ihn niemals vergessen!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

What a beautiful peaceful location. Everything is perfect! The most friendliest hosts and of course not forgetting Hugo who greeted us each day, gave a good home feeling. The villa is top standard, all amenities are available. WiFi was great. Pool was just the perfect place to relax. I will miss watching the many variety of birds who come to visit especially the Eurasian Hoopoes! Thank you so much, we love Croatia and will be back

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill
