The stay was really excellent, Moises' attentions were extraordinary, many places nearby to dine and a few blocks from downtown Chetumal, I highly recommend it, thank you for your recommendations and support Moises.

The place is great, it has everything to spend a few pleasant days. The host was very helpful at all time. It has a very good location, it is safe and is in front of the lagoon.

Great location right on the lake. We especially enjoyed spending time in the outdoor eating area (with full kitchenette), and swimming and watersports activities right off the private pier. Note that the property has bedrooms in two separate buildings. Two bedrooms are lakefront, and the remaining bedrooms are a bit further back in a separate building, which also includes a kitchen and outdoor seating. The property was clean and well kept, albeit a bit dated. Location is about 5 minute drive into town. Overall a great spot for a few days in Bacalar.

Mariana’s place is a perfect accommodation for Bacalar. To be lagoon side and have a gorgeous property to enjoy is an experience my family will remember forever. The house was clean, orderly, and had all that we needed to enjoy cooking at home and enjoy our leisure time. I hope this magical spot stays just as wonderful and beautiful for our next visit. The best stay in Xul-Ha, the property is beautiful, it has everything you need, at the foot of the lagoon so we didn't need to go out much to different places, it's all you need for an excellent family vacation. The house is quite large, we loved that everyone had their space and privacy. The only thing I could recommend would be to change the showers, even so we could use them, however there was no good pressure. Lourdes' service was impeccable, she was very attentive the whole time and gave us all the recommendations! We will definitely be back!

The place is very nice and very close to Bacalar. The pool is great, the water always stayed warm and it's deep. The only thing I would like to be in the description is that the pool can be shared because we chose the place with respect to the location and that the pool would be for us and it was not so. Despite everything, we really enjoyed staying at Casa Pimienta. Maria's service and recommendations are very good.

The accommodation is just like the publication, everything was perfect and without any problems, it is beautiful and everything is in perfect condition.

We had a very nice time in the accommodation! Everything was clean and well organized. The kids loved the pool – a real highlight. The kitchen was also very well equipped, so we could easily cook ourselves. We would come back anytime!

Carlos gave perfect instructions for our arrival. The lodging was excellent and as described. The resident dog allowed me to give it pets, which was an excellent experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay, quite spacious bedrooms, illuminated and clean; kitchen with utensil and necessities; bad point, only one bathroom, total capacity is for 6p so it is insufficient. Alberca with very enjoyable water, everything in optimal condition.

Everything was good with the stay, it's well located, it's close to the lagoon and downtown, there's a store on the corner, which helps a lot, there are restaurants on the avenue if you don't want to cook, Tania helped us a lot throughout the stay, highly recommended.

Jazmín is undoubtedly a great host, she was always looking out for us, from before the arrival to the moment of departure, I will definitely return! The photos don't do it justice to how beautiful it is!

We loved it! One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at. Very easy to find, just like the photos and very complete, many details that make the experience totally better. They were always attentive to us and even gave us recommendations for tours and places to eat and visit. We will definitely be back. The rooms are clean and in good condition, everything is wonderful.

Lovely apartment close to town centre and lagoon. Free parking if you have a car. Lovely pool. The apartment was very clean, well supplied and hosts were very responsive.

Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed it, the communication was very efficient. It's easy to get to the lagoon by car from there and the truth is it's very quiet at night because it's not close to the center, you only hear the sounds of birds and the occasional car on the road.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Teresa’s home! Check in was flexible as we were delayed in Tulum. Teresa’s instructions were always super clear and so we didn’t have any issue finding the house at sunset, also there is a hotel next door with a restaurant in case you miss the supermarket! The house is about 10 minutes away from Bacalar town, it has a perfect view of the lagoon and everything you can need inside. The lagoon is super private as most boat trips are over on the other side of the town also. We absolutely loved being there and surrounded by nature, I would very much recommend the house!

Everything is excellent, if you want to go to the lagoon, it's by car in less than 8 min. We would stay here again, everything is very nice and clean!!
