The studio is equipped with a fridge, a small electric stove, a kettle, and dishes. It has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Suitable for travellers

This unique loft is 13 minutes drive from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.
