Good communication. Everything you need was available in the apartment. Good connection by bus to downtown and the university clinic. Very small but bright and modern apartment.

Nice room in a new building complex near Rosenheim train station. The city center is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. There is a restaurant and a large shopping complex nearby. The kitchen and living room are shared with Julian, who is very friendly and happy to help guests. The bathroom is for your exclusive use and is equipped with a walk-in shower. The room itself is furnished with a large wardrobe, a box spring bed and a small desk. In the living room, there is a TV with Netflix access. The window can be darkened. What I missed was a fly screen on the window, as I like to sleep with the window open in summer. Overall everything was very good.

For me it was great :) The host is very friendly. There is a second bedroom, which I had not seen when booking 👍🏻 It is just in the countryside and 20 minutes to the city center of Regensburg and the atmosphere is rural, neighborly, but I think that should be clear when you look at the listing :)

The apartment is located directly on the Danube Panorama Trail. The amenities were very good.
