You'll love the views, the location, and the surroundings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids. A wealth of leisure activities as well as a gourmet restaurant in the village offer something for every taste.

In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you, and in winter a fireplace for heating. In front of the house you can comfortably enjoy the evening sun!

Traditional, newly renovated Ausseer house which is only a few meters about 5-10 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Grundlsee. From the house you have a beautiful picturesque view of the lake and the massive mountains. On the sun terrace or in the sauna you can end the day comfortably. Sufficient space for up to 8 people. Directly from the house there are numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails and the nearest ski area in winter is only a few kilometers away.
