The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Parking is available in front of the house, the nearest train is only a few minutes walk from the property. The wasen is also within walking distance.

Our small (35 m²) but cozy and bright apartment is located in a central residential area in Stuttgart East on the fourth floor. The apartment has a bedroom with balcony, a living room, a small, well-equipped kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, washing machine) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. We provide bed linen and towels. We want you to feel comfortable and look forward to your booking!

What can you reach in a 15-minute walk: In just a 5-minute walk you are at Ludwigsburg Palace, in 10 minutes at the baroque market square of the city center. A bus stop to the city center and to Ludwigsburg train station is a 2-minute walk away. From Ludwigsburg train station, trains run to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. The journey time is about 15 minutes.

The souterrain apartment has an open floor plan and is fully equipped. The open living space offers comfortable living in a quiet, convenient downtown location. Parking on the streets are for free close by

Located in the annex, the new and modern room has a spacious double bed, a large TV with couch and two armchairs, as well as a separate en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The room has curtains. For the third guest, there is a folding bed as a sleeping option.
