The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached within a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.
