Apartment holiday rentals in Bad Ems

Super nice apartment that is easy to find and very centrally located. We lacked nothing. We received helpful and unsolicited tips in advance. Very nice and fast contact - happy to do it again ;)

Nothing to criticize! A great location, the bus stop to Koblenz-City is steps away! Ms. Schmidt is very friendly and accommodating! Unreservedly recommended!

The apartment is within walking distance of downtown! The old town with many restaurants and shopping centers can be reached in 5 minutes! The apartment is very large and clean! The kitchen is high quality and has everything you need! The only drawback is parking. You can only park anywhere temporarily against payment. It is very tedious to draw a new parking ticket all 2-3 hours! A good alternative is free parking under the Europa Bridge.

The apartment is lovingly and modernly furnished. The balcony with a wonderful view is particularly great! We slept well and cooked deliciously in the cozy kitchen and sat together. Meike and Sebastian were super nice and always approachable. We highly recommend the place!

There were four of us staying in the spacious apartment in Immendorf for a long weekend. Immendorf itself is a sweet village, 10 minutes by car from Koblenz with a baker for rolls in the morning. The furnishings of the apartment were complete and high quality, the private terrace has a view out into the countryside. Annabelle was easily accessible in case of questions. We would mist definitely visit again.

Beautiful home and spectacular view! Lots of space to hang out and enjoy the view. Loved having a bath tub to relax after lots of walking! The shower was also spacious and hot water was great. My older parents came with us and struggled with the stairs a little. Of course that is pretty common across Europe. I would book this home again and again.

I did my master, part 1 and 2, in Koblenz and stayed with Wilfried (and Beate) during that time. I arrived from S-H and was able to come when I want. The apartment was heated, the shutters (I came late at night) were let down. There was water and a "welcome beer" in the fridge. EXACTLY how you want TO BE received after 8 hours' drive <3 ! The bed was freshly made and pleasantly made. Over the total almost 9 months I was there, there was not a situation, not one thing that Wilfried and Beate couldn't help or help me with! If I had anything, it was done the next day at the LATEST. Everything you could need can be found in the vicinity, e.g. in Lahnstein and around the corner there are bus stops if you don't want to drive yourself. If I could give 6 or 7 stars... If you are traveling to Koblenz and don't have to worry about the accommodation, check in here!

Beautifully furnished apartment right on the Rhine. We spent a weekend there with four people and had plenty of space. You can get to the old town easily by bus. We will be happy to come back.

Great accommodation in the middle of Montabaur. You can walk to the old town immediately and the outlet is also only 15 minutes away. Timo responds super fast and is open to all questions! Gladly again :-)

The listing is exactly as described and photos. We felt comfortable right away. Great location to explore everything on foot. Very courteous, helpful communication. Equipment: everything you need.

We were warmly greeted by Simone and she led us to the 2nd floor to the lovingly modern furnished apartment. Simone provided coffee, tea, sugar, vinegar and oil. In the bathroom, shower gel and various deodorants as well as a good hair dryer were also available. Even bath towels to use around the pool were available. We can absolutely recommend Simon's accommodation.

Beautiful apartment! We were very satisfied. The apartment matched the pictures and the description. Due to the immediate proximity to the main station, it was quite loud if you want to sleep with the window open. Good location, Aldi in the backyard, baker in the main station opposite, very tasty Italian directly under the accommodation. About 15 minutes' walk to the old town. Communication with Oussama is very reliable and fast. We messed up with the door lock and reached the hosts directly! Very lovingly furnished, bright and clean apartment! The equipment is excellent! We had a great stay!

Everything is fine. The apartment is stylishly renovated and appropriately equipped. It was clean. We got along well with the small deficiencies (unkempt outdoor area, no oven). The pool table is just a "mini variant" of a real table and is not easily playable due to the narrow walls around the table. We used the sauna often and made ourselves a nice week in the apartment.

We were there with 5 friends and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and quiet, the apartment very well maintained and the people very nice. We only noticed that the sauna is not included until later, but since we were only there for 2 nights, the time was not enough to try it out. So we can't say anything about that. We would mist definitely visit again.

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

Everything was great. The apartment is nicely furnished. They always responded very quickly to inquiries.

We were completely satisfied. A great place to stay that we would book again and again. Dominik was always directly accessible and friendly. In addition, he also proactively reported with useful information about the accommodation. :-)

A very nice apartment. Everything very clean. The hot tub was the icing on the cake of our stay. The landlord could be reached by phone himself on a Sunday. It all worked very smoothly. As soon as the sauna is ready, we will definitely come again.

there is already a reason why these apartments are usually fully booked. Because it is an absolute highlight to have everything together in one place and then to be private and to relax for a few hours with some wellness and historic sights.
