The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

In addition, there are 2 additional bedding options. A travel cot for toddlers is available. The rooms are painted with natural colours and the wooden floors are treated with natural wax and are therefore particularly suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are allowed on request. A large balcony invites you to linger.

In front of it, a covered outdoor seating area is available. The furnishings are new and functional. You can reach the living room with corner sofa and TV and small kitchen, the bedroom (bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet via a separate entrance.

The accommodation is next to a riding courtyard, in the neighboring village there is a large outdoor swimming pool and in 20 minutes you are in Saxon Switzerland or in beautiful Dresden. The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
