From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. Ideal if your partner has a spa stay, attends a wedding (near the registry office), etc... Bicycles can be parked in the barrier-free basement compartment.

In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.
