Spacious, bright apartment centrally located in Sonthofen - 2 rooms on 67 m² in the attic with balcony, high-quality amenities and free Underground parking. Wellness and a large selection of restaurants are within walking distance. Ideal for excursions, mountain and bike tours, canoeing and whitewater activities. The cross-country ski trail is within walking distance in winter and great ski resorts are only a few kilometers away. The place is great for a staycation or home office.

In the spacious apartment with a large south-facing balcony with mountain views, small kitchen, two rooms and bathroom, up to four people can relax. Many hiking destinations are very close. In unserer gemütlichen Ferienwohnung kannst du die freie unverbaute Aussicht auf die Berge genießen. In der Ferienregion ist für jeden eine Aktivität dabei. Sowohl als Paar oder als Familie kann man sich wohlfühlen. Im großen Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa 1,60 x 2,00. In der Schlafkammer (kein Fenster nach draußen, jedoch genug Licht) sind 2 neue Boxsspringbetten vorhanden. Das neue Bad verfügt über eine Dusch-Badewanne sowie Toillette und Waschbecken.

CLB vacation home

The CLB apartment is a newly renovated apartment with city views in Reutte. Free private parking is available on site. In the area you can pursue activities such as hiking and skiing. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a coffee maker, as well as a 35 sqm bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer. Towels and linens are provided in the apartment.
