The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

We have specifically thought about the needs of families when it comes to furnishings. In each apartment there are child-safe effect fireplaces. Children cannot burn themselves here, as the effect fire emits only a little heat. All apartments are equipped with a comfort shower. Sowohl als Paar oder als Familie kann man sich wohlfühlen. Im großen Wohnzimmer steht ein Schlafsofa 1,60 x 2,00. In der Schlafkammer (kein Fenster nach draußen, jedoch genug Licht) sind 2 neue Boxsspringbetten vorhanden. Das neue Bad verfügt über eine Dusch-Badewanne sowie Toillette und Waschbecken.
