The kitchenette provides you with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. A basic supply of salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil is available, as well as all cooking utensils, pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates, and cutlery. For an active start to the day, a capsule coffee machine is at your disposal so you can enjoy your morning coffee to the fullest. The large south-facing windows flood the dining and living area with sunlight, providing plenty of space for a relaxing yoga session. The spacious south-facing balcony invites you to linger and unwind. A small seating area and loungers (in summer) are provided for your enjoyment. Through the balcony, you also have access to a small storage area where you can store additional sports equipment, shoes, recycling materials, and more. The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Mountain hut by the mountain stream in the Allgäu

Enjoy nature and hut evenings in a secluded location. The hut is located in a small forest clearing. The place with its shops is only 10 minutes away and yet you are completely on your own. It is ideal for 4 people, with 6 people possible - but then it becomes cuddly. Above the meadow there is a reservoir, in which bathing is officially prohibited (liability reasons), but in which everyone can bathe (thus at their own risk).
