The former ancestral home of a hotelier family was renovated by the heirs with a lot of respect for the old building fabric and history. Up to 7 adults will find a home away from home. The accommodation consists of a spacious first floor with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and living rooms - a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed offer peace and comfort. On the 2nd floor are more bedrooms including a bathroom and toilet - the first floor can be rented separately, the second floor only as a unit with the first floor.

Unser Appartement verfügt über einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Umgebung. Aus dem Panoramafenster, oder von einer der Terrassen.Eine Terrasse lädt zum Chillen ein und befindet sich erhöht direkt vor der Tür.Auf der zweiten Terrasse befindet sich der Whirlpool,Grill,Sitzplätze und Feuerstelle. Parkplätze inkl. WLAN ist inkl. Unser Appartement ist modern ausgestattet.65 Zoll Flat-TV u.v.m. Der Whirlpool ist beheizt und das ganze Jahr zur alleinigen Nutzung da. Es gibt keine weiteren Gäste.

Inkes Gästewohnung

Unsere Gästewohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, liegt im Hochpaterre eines Altbaus und ist ca. 50 qm groß. Es gibt eine voll eingerichtete Küche mit gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein 160x200 großes Doppelbett. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es neben dem Sofa auch ein 90x190 großes Bett. Auf dem Hof gibt es einige gemütliche Sitzplätze. Die historische Innenstadt, Supermarkt und der Bahnhof sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Auf dem Hof steht euch ein Parkplatz für euer Auto zur Verfügung.

Die großzügig 80 m² Ferienwohnung mit 2 bis 7 Schlafplätzen in unserem liebevoll sanierten Fachwerkhaus über den Dächern von Ziegenhagen lädt ein zum Verweilen und Erholen. Auf dem Balkon genießt Du einen herrlichen Ausblick über die Wälder. Das imposante Fachwerkhaus beherbergt 12 nette Menschen in 3 Generationen zu manch gutem Gespräch. Ebenso mein Catering, aus dem ab und an auch ein köstliches Essen zu haben ist. In unserem Foyer ist eine Bibliothek zum Schmöken auf gemütlichen Sofas.

The closed 4-room apartment with wooden floors and loft-like character is 70 square meters and is located on the top floor of the house. You overlook the Hercules and a beautiful garden. All 3 bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. 2 bedrooms have a double bed, the single bedroom has a bed 1.20 m wide. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

The direct access to the forest invites you for hiking and relaxing walks. Along the three rivers there are great bike routes. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

Meine Unterkunft ist mitten im Zentrum der historischen Altstadt von Höxter. Restaurants und Gaststätten sowie alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Schloss Corvey als Unesco Weltkulturerbe ist nur ca. 3 km entfernt. Höxter liegt am Radweg R1, nur ca. 500 m von der Wohnung. Richtung Godelheim nach ca. 1,5 km liegt die Freizeitseeanlage mit Schwimm- und Sportmöglichkeiten, die bei gutem Wetter sehr beliebt ist.

Die Wohnungen liegen zentral und doch im Grünen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, die Externsteine liegen 'um die Ecke'. Die Wohnungen sind Nichtraucher-Wohnungen, Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
