Greetings, I am a rustic hut in a quiet secluded location at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest and nature. In a few minutes, you'll be at the Turracher Höhe. In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Very popular in summer and winter, as it is located directly on the slopes, opposite the spa and next to beautiful hiking and mountain bike trails. The golf course in summer or the cross-country ski trail in winter also attract nature and sports enthusiasts (cellar for skis and ski boots). Bed linen and towels are provided for guests.

Die Unterkunft wurde 2023/24errichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Wanderbegeisterte können direkt vom Haus eine Wandertour starten. Gäste, die gerne zum Wintersport kommen möchten, erreichen den nächsten Schilift in ein paar Gehminuten (10 Minuten)! Es gibt auch sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (mit dem Auto erreichbar), Thermalbäder, Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe.
