The house is built in the shade of the historic fortress church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the garden. The approx. 40 sqm apartment has two rooms, as well as a shower room. The apartment can be darkened via electric roller shutters.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine (Tchibo Cafissimo- zB. Aldi Pads), Kühlschrank uvm. Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Föhn sind vorhanden. Zudem gibt es einen kostenlosen Gemeinschaftspool und eine Sauna (1€ je 20 Min.).

Private guest apartment near Detmold (7 km). Two steps lead over the terrace to the separate entrance of our apartment and from there you have a magnificent view over the beautiful "Lipperland". A private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with good basic equipment are available. From here there is a good connection to the bus, hiking and cycling trail network in Detmold and the surrounding area. The forest begins right behind the house, you can start hiking straight away.

Our charming, detached tiny house is quietly located in the backyard of Paderstraße and thus only a few minutes' walk from the cathedral, the Paderquell area and the city center. With a small garden, high-quality furnishings and plenty of privacy, it is the ideal place for a relaxing stay for two, all in the heart of Paderborn. Please note: The stairs to the upper floor are a bit steeper, so you should be able to walk well. The accommodation is not suitable for children.
