Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds, which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen TV (DVTB), radio, CD player. Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area, there is a spacious built-in closet. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes' walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau Sprudelhof, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army service in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room in Bad Nauheim during this time....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area invites you to hike (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places worth seeing (Frankfurt /M. - City and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short journey. Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

Elegant 2-room apartment near Frankfurt

Your accommodation is a separate part of our house and is located in a beautiful former American officer's quarter. You have on 35qm a living room with a large comfortable(!) sofa bed, a refrigerator, a bedroom with a double bed (queen size only!!!) and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. In the entrance area there is a tea kitchen, dishes, cutlery and glasses but NO KITCHEN! You have a terrace behind the house and a parking space directly in front of the door.

Nice apartment located in the heart of Butzbach

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Das Himmelbett – 5-minute walk to the train station

Eva's "Himmelbett-Wohnung" is on the second floor of a large, detached house from 1907. It is accessible via a spiral staircase from the outside. It can accommodate up to three people and has a small kitchenette, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is lovingly and functionally furnished. A lot of emphasis was placed on high-quality beds and plenty of light. Parquet flooring and exposed roof beams make the apartment cozy.

The apartment near the station, 44 sqm, is on the ground floor with its own entrance. As sleeping options you will find a double bed (160x200) and a sofa, which can be converted into a double bed (160x200). Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. In the fitted kitchen you will find a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The old coin

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Stay in a villa at the palace park

In the middle of a beautiful residential area is this lovingly renovated villa with two cozy apartments in the heart of Büdingen. It was built in 1904 for the daughter of the then prince in a prime location and renovated in 2023. First floor with 3 rooms and garden, upper floor with 2 rooms and balcony. In all rooms there are at least two sleeping accommodations, including in the living rooms.
