The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes' walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau Sprudelhof, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army service in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room in Bad Nauheim during this time....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area invites you to hike (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places worth seeing (Frankfurt /M. - City and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short journey. In the separate bedroom with laminate flooring is a double bed 2 x 90 x 200. The modern daylight bathroom has a spacious shower.

The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

If necessary, a children's travel bed is available.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

The apartment near the station, 44 sqm, is on the ground floor with its own entrance. As sleeping options you will find a double bed (160x200) and a sofa, which can be converted into a double bed (160x200). Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. Enjoy your time in our stylish and lovingly furnished apartment. Our apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge (+ freezer) and a coffee machine. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed 140 cm and a wardrobe. There is another sleeping space available on the sofa bed.
