In the bedroom, there is a fold-out sofa as a sleeping place for your child. In the cozy and newly furnished living room, there is a flat-screen TV, Wifi is available. Separate bathroom and toilet. Bedding is available and dish towels or towels is changed as needed. No balcony but very large garden for children to romp and play with trampoline, swing and small soccer field. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a fitness area. The house has a great, quiet location and very good accessibility.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.
