Waterfront holiday rentals in Bad Saarow

We liked staying with John very much, we were nicely received by his father. In the apartment itself, everything was clean and tidy and exactly as in the photos/description. Good connection to public transport and yet quietly located. Personal tips from John were also in the apartment, so we tried a restaurant from his recommendations. The bed is extremely comfortable if you like it soft! John was also very flexible at check-out and we were able to stay longer at short notice. On the whole, we can only recommend the apartment and John. Thanks a lot! :)

Remi’s place was wonderful! Beautiful location overlooking the waterfront, spacious rooms and a lovely bottle of fizz on our arrival. Remi was responsive and was happy for us to leave bags in the flat on our last day before our flight. A great apartment and a great host.

We had a lot of fun in Thekla's studio apartment! It was very central, but still in a quiet and peaceful area. Very idyllic with the park right outside and a short walk to the canal nearby. Recommended!

Unbelievable experience. The place felt special from the start, and meeting Norman tied it all together. Stylish, artsy apartment with a great vibe. Might just be my reason to come back to Berlin.

An amazing place really close to the city centre. Lots of space and had everything we needed for our short stay. Thomas was super helpful and quick at responding. Would definitely stay again :)

Nicely furnished holiday home. Well equipped kitchen. Gated shared garden was a highlight for our dog. Hosts have a sweet, friendly dog as well. The garden leads to the lake. Host was very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful time at the property. We used the lake access every morning. Everything was very lovingly prepared. There were even some games in the closet and a lot of jukeboxes. However, the apartment is cool due to the thick walls and the fact that no sun rays shine into the apartment. Pleasant in summer. But you should know and take warm clothes accordingly.

A special place to stay! The apartment was nicely decorated and pleasant to live in. The entire castle is very nice and restored to a high quality, a beautiful garden and wonderful lakes and forests around it that invite you to hike or walk. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks Andra!

We were in the holiday home by the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest very much. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the conservatory to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day or year. If you are looking for peace and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. The holiday home with the beautiful natural garden was also a great pleasure for our dog. A very nice accommodation, we were there with four people and completely satisfied. Good infrastructure, shopping, public transport connection, car towards Berlin. But also a beautiful, worth-seeing area. Thx 🌸🌸🌸

We booked the house with a fairy group of six people for a week. The location with its own lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and especially if you travel for more than a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we found unfortunate was that in the large living area only three cozy armchairs came to six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But this is a small downside if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great cottage!

They were beautiful, relaxing days surrounded by nature. Thanks to Frank's good descriptions, it was an all-round successful and relaxing stay on the property! Paddle and cycling tours in the area are highly recommended.

We have rarely had such a relaxing holiday:) For whatever reason, we woke up every day at sunrise, started the day with a coffee on the terrace in the beach chair or were alone on the lake with the rowing boat 'Odi‘ (included:)!)..a dream. Frank is a great host!! The place reminded us of a small log cabin in Sweden😊 Everything was perfect.. We would love to come back☀️ Thanks again for your hospitality, Frank!

Nazanin's apartment is as cozy as advertised and made me feel right at home. Very quiet and it felt very Berlin-like. It truly has everything (extremely well-equipped kitchen); the bath tub is a treat; very well located, easy to get everywhere and full of atmosphere near the canal, very easy check-in, and Nazanin communicated very fast, warmly, and efficiently. I stayed for two weeks and it was perfect for that. It works for short- or long term stays. I would stay there again any time.

Super nice contact with the host. Uncomplicated check-in, on request a slightly later checkout was also possible. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for the stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. I would be happy to stay again on my next visit to Berlin!

I could not have been more delighted with my stay at Gérard's adorable flat. The location cannot be beat, just around the corner from Schönleinstraße U8, and with so much to do, see, and eat just outside the door. Gérard is a consummate host who gave me great local tips, and was so easy to communicate and coordinate with - he also very kindly helped me with my bag up all those stairs! The apartment itself is brighter and airier than the photos show. Even on some scorching hot Berlin days, it remained cool and pleasant with the windows popped. The patio is also a lovely extra. I will certainly be returning next time I am in Berlin!

We got very lucky when we found Sigrid’s place on Airbnb. Compared to the ridiculous Airbnb prices in Berlin, Sigrid’s place was really well priced and totally worth the space and location. With a lovely view over the bay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only a 6min cab ride to Ostkreuz or a 10 min tram ride, it was very well connected if we wanted to go into the city centre. There is an Aldi at walking distance and honestly, everything you need for a short or long stay available at the apartment. Sigrid was very accommodating and allowed us to sleep one extra person on the couch. Check in was great, Clemens showed us around the apartment and explained everything. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again for our next visit to Berlin.

Two-week retreat? Nailed it. If peace&quiet is your love language, you’ll vibe with this place. River + green embankment = open-air office, running track, and relaxation zone in one. Inside, the apartment scores high on the hygge scale: comfy, charming, and blessed with solid internet (my online classes said thank you). Add two mega-stores, a café constellation, and a jungle’s worth of trees, and you’re set. Sure, the centre’s a stroll away, but that only boosted my step count and zen levels. Nice space with a view of the Havel and marina. The kitchen had everything you need for a week's stay in our case. A wonderful bed to sleep in, the shutters provided extra darkness. The 2 outdoor loungers were very nice to lie on. We cooked for ourselves for a few days and then the terrace with our delicious meal was like being in a restaurant. In the area, there are 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets, 3 ice cream parlors, bicycle and boat rentals, and a variety of good restaurants. You cycle to Potsdam along a beautiful route, 10-11km but easy to do. Our car was in the parking garage, which was very nice because of the lack of parking space on the street. We took the bus to Potsdam once, and it was easy and smooth with the 631 that leaves every 20 minutes. We had a nice time!
