Premium 130 qm roof apartment over two levels in a nature reservat of Bielefeld. Quiet location. Useful for 2 up to 6 people. Three (3) separate bed rooms. Ideal for business ladies and men (area Bielefeld, Herford, Gütersloh), three (3) km distance from next highway (Autobahn) entry/exit. Washing machine in basement available. Rental inkl. all additional costs 30,00 EUR per person/daily, minimum two (2) persons. The third person, etc. pays 15,00 EUR/daily. Kids till 12 year old are free.

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Due to the good transport connections, this apartment is also particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people, fitters or also for motorcyclists on a big tour.

The 54 m² centrally located apartment is cozy and rustic and has a large south-facing balcony, two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi and an underground parking space (both free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo - e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer are provided. There is also a free shared pool and sauna (€1 per 20 min.).

Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

It is fully furnished, has a fiber optic internet connection and a TV. The apartment on the second floor is located in an apartment building with twelve apartments (built in 1958) with a correspondingly simple environment.
