Entire, independent studio, 52 square meters, with well-equipped, integrated kitchen, hallway and bathroom. The location is ideal if you want to explore Eisenach, the Wartburg or the hiking opportunities on foot. (Bachhaus Museum, market and Luther House 10-15 min., Wartburg: about 35 minutes (forest path), train station: about 15 minutes Hiking: The forest begins right behind the house and many hiking opportunities are in close proximity. I am happy to provide tips and information. The windows of the studio face the courtyard, which is partly green and serves (largely) as a parking lot. Various restaurants and cafes are on the way to the nearby city center (about 6-10 minutes' walk). The surrounding southern quarter is the preferred residential area of Eisenach and is worth seeing for its many Art Nouveau villas alone. In winter, the historic Christmas market on the Wartburg is a special experience (on all weekends in Advent). If the nearby Prinzenteich (2 min.) is frozen, it is visited by young and old for ice skating! The studio (non-smoking), which consists of a large room with integrated kitchen, offers space for 2 people (1.40 m x 2.00 m) on a comfortable sofa bed. Since inquiries keep coming, there is now the possibility of a 3rd sleeping place on a guest mattress. Coffee and various types of tea are freely available. Linens, towels and hair dryers are provided. Also of course: rinsing utensils/dish towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/shower bath. Guests arriving by car have a private parking space right in front of the entrance. Notice: actually the studio is not available on Wednesdays, (arrival Wednesday-evening is sometimes possible). Exception: school holidays. Note: With the exception of Thuringian school holidays and public holidays, the studio will not be available on Wednesdays from 4 PM to 6 PM. If your stay includes a Wednesday, you will receive a delicious breakfast as a small compensation. Just let me know your preferred day before arrival.

Sie ist zentral in Eisenach gelegen mit kurzen Wegen zum Zentrum, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Touristenattraktionen sowie zur einzigartigen Natur im Thüringer Wald! Unser Kinderzimmer befindet sich direkt über der Ferienwohnung. Wir geben unser bestes, dennoch können entsprechende Geräusche zu hören sein.

In the basement of our two-family house you have a comfortable, very modern furnished and with 62 sqm, spacious non-smoking apartment, which can accommodate 4 people. You have acess to the courtyard, with garden furniture and barbecue.

The beautiful and newly renovated 2-room old building apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed apartment building. The old building is quietly located directly in the central old town of Fulda near the cathedral, city castle, castle garden, city theater, etc. City tax of the city of Fulda is €2 per person per night.

Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking. It has a separate entrance only for our guests. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in Erfurt's old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also easily accessible by the existing elevator. The furnishings include a large light-flooded room with a cozy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. It is just a few minutes' walk to Anger or Domplatz. A tram stop is also very close.

The three bedrooms can each be locked separately. The common areas, such as hallway, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and living room, are used exclusively by our guests. There is also a possibility of storing bicycles safely and dry in the building.
