Our cozy vacation home is located in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park on the outskirts of Bad Schandau and is therefore the ideal starting point for many excursions: hiking and climbing in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, tours on the Elbe Cycle Path or relaxing in the Toskana Therme! The small wooden house is quietly located on a large meadow property, surrounded by greenery. Our guests particularly appreciate this idyllic location, the good accessibility and the coziness of the accommodation.

We offer accommodation in a newly renovated cottage in the heart of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, located in the picturesque village of Stará Oleška. Its location at the foot of the forest allows you to experience a peaceful rest and relaxation or an active holiday. Hiking or cycling encourages you to discover the beauty of the national park with attractive tourist destinations. The nearby area of the Elbe Sandstones is also a popular location for both recreational and advanced climbers.

To the Hirschbaude with a wildly romantic garden

The Hirschbaude is located in Saxon Switzerland, directly in the Kirnitzschtal. You will spend the night in a small hut in the middle of the wildly romantic hillside garden. After your excursions, enjoy the magical evening atmosphere with a campfire or barbecue or warm up in front of the fireplace on cold. Important: There are two (very lovely) free-roaming dogs Ronja+Mary Rose, 2 cats, rabbits and ducks. The accommodation and access isnot barrier-free. A tourist tax must be paid upon arrival.

This modern 105 m² apartment, completely renovated in June 2024, offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. Located in the town center, directly opposite the park, it combines a peaceful setting with convenient access to the main attractions. Accommodation Description Bedrooms: Two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180×200 cm and 160×200 cm). Living Room: Spacious living room with a sofa bed (140×200 cm). Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €10/night.

Cozy vacation apartment near Saxon Switzerland National Park We would be delighted to welcome you to our non-smoking vacation apartment "Sommerfrische" – in the hiking and climbing paradise of Saxon Switzerland. The apartment is located on the second floor and features two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Enjoy a stay at the foot of the Kohlbornstein in the tranquil village of Krippen. The painter Caspar David Friedrich sought respite here 200 years ago.

Vacation home at the spa park

Our apartment is located directly at the spa park in Bad Schandau. There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

The accommodation includes a modernly furnished bedroom (double bed, functional sofa, wardrobe), a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator) and a bathroom – ideal for up to three people. Enjoy relaxing hours in this inviting oasis, away from everyday life and surrounded by a picturesque landscape.

Enjoy the perfect connection to the national park, public transport and the Elbe cycle path from this apartment. You can reach, for example, the Schrammstein view on foot, the Bastei directly by train and the Felstor Kuhstall by ferry and Kirnitztalbahn. With the ferry Krippen you can relax and get to the other side of the Elbe and to the city center of Bad Schandau (Elbkai) free of charge (guest card).

Our beautiful apartment is located on the top floor, is right on the Elbe and is about 75 m². It offers plenty of light and space, comfortable beds, beautiful views, a fully equipped kitchen and a private parking space. After a long hike or bike ride, you can relax wonderfully on the balcony by the water. If you still want, you can walk 5 minutes and relax your muscles in the spa.

Shepherd's wagon tiny house - parking, garden, Wi-Fi

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.

The Amalie apartment extends over the upper floor and attic of a lovingly renovated half-timbered house. The house has a garden of over 1,500 square meters directly on the Lachsbach, which offers plenty of space to play and relax.
