Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Recreational vacation in the immediate vicinity of the lake and in the newly renovated apartments in Bad Wiessee. All apartments were renovated in the winter months of 2022 and 2023 with a lot of love and given a modern touch with hip fabrics and furniture. The Alpine style and coziness have not been neglected. Stone pine and old wood can be found in the apartments. E-bike charging station as well as a secure bicycle house and parking right in front of the house.
