Cozy tiny house with a patio

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

The approx. 65 m² apartment is located in the basement in a newly built detached house on a hillside. It has its own entrance and is barrier-free. The apartment is equipped with a double bedroom and closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a living and dining area with fitted kitchen (with dishwasher) and sofa bed, as well as a guest toilet. The hillside location opens up a spacious terrace with a carport in the south, which invites you to relax and barbecue.

Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or on a bike ride. You can park your car in front of the house for free at our property.

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The house has a cozy sleeping loft with skylight and another bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine.
