Jahrhundert war in alten Zeiten Stall und Kutschengebäude des ältesten Gasthauses von Ettlingen. In den historischen Räumlichkeiten sind individuelle Wohnungen entstanden, die den originalen Charme von Sandsteinwänden und Holzbalken mit allen Annehmlichkeiten der heutigen Zeit kombinieren.
