From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Attention for families with small children: No child safety locks on outlets! The playground and pool in the garden are private. The apartment has a small garden area that is demarcated. Playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity and an outdoor swimming pool about 2 minutes away on foot.

The cozy apartment in the basement with separate entrance has 4 sleeping possibilities, a kitchen with equipment, a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The apartment has a terrace with garden furniture. Parking spaces are right next to the house.

An extra bed for a toddler can be provided if needed.

The Black Forest and the Swabian Alb are right at your doorstep. The apartment is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. A car parking space directly at the house is also available.

On the base of the beginning of the swabian alps situated. The apartment is near Balingen (3km) with all its shopping & cultural opportunities (1-3km) but also close to the nature. Several promoted hiking routes, mountain biking trails, rock climbing routes and cross country and downhill skiing routes are in close and near reach.

Apartment located in the heart of the village. Two bedrooms, a beautiful open kitchen and a spacious living room.-Dining area. Daylight bathroom with shower and modern bathroom furniture incl. washing machine (+ €5 per day). The slate experience is about a 10-minute walk away.

Sleeping in the former milk house (upper floor)

We have fulfilled a dream and the former milk house of the village (built in 1955) has been renovated, lovingly restored and furnished to a very high standard. In the small cottage there are 2 rooms, each with its own bathroom/toilet and separate entrance.
