On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

After a 5-minute walk you are in the center of our district town. When jogging to Heuberg, you leave the last houses of Balingen behind after just 2 minutes of walking. Separate bedroom for 3 people.
