Sarah’s home was a gem by the water’s edge! Her home was exactly as described and her instructions were clearly stated. Listening to the rolling water in comfy outdoor chairs was our favorite! We were commuting to Issaquah area each day for family gatherings and the drive was manageable. Thanks Sarah!

Susan's place is like a little slice of magic. Honestly. This was our 9th time staying. We call it our vacation house, because it feels excatly like the place I would choose to have, if I was lucky enough to own it. All the details from the fresh cut flowers, farm eggs, and bird feeders to the amenities like the fully equipped kitchen, hot tub and deck to watch the world go by just make it perfect. If you need to relax and recharge your batteries, you found your place. Our dog also LOVES it here.

We celebrated a birthday here with 5 adults and a newborn, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home is beautifully decorated with such kindness and thought—it felt incredibly cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We spent our days kayaking on the water, spotting seals, birds, and even a curious raccoon who came to visit the porch during dinner! It was such a special feeling to be so close to nature, yet so comfortable at the same time. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook delicious dinners together, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. My guests kept commenting on how much love clearly went into this home. And the deck… absolutely breathtaking. I couldn’t have wished for a better birthday. Truly a magical and memorable stay—we can’t wait to come back!

Our stay here was great! We ventured to Olympic National Park and explored all over the Kitsap Peninsula! We loved returning home to this little cabin each night! The outdoor space was fantastic and the extra amenities were awesome! Would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay again!

My wife and I had the most amazing time. Lisa is the definition of a true host. The house was spot clean, it had all the supplies we needed, from great quality shampoo and conditioner, to toothpaste and toothbrush sets. The kitchen is fully equipped and supplied with everything you could ask for, from spices, seasonings, brown sugar, coffee, teas, cream, and all the tools needed. The s’more’s and popcorn are just a cherry on the top! The laundry room as well was fully equipped! All the details were so thoughtful and caring for our stay. Clean blankets, clean towels. Candles and mist sprays provided on bathrooms and bedrooms. The whole house smells so cozy and inviting like a true 5 stars resort. The farmhouse decor is tasteful and sophisticated, it makes you feel you’re truly on a getaway vacation. The river view takes you to a whole new level of experience, from relaxing morning coffee to the most enjoyable view while enjoying the jacuzzi. The local farmers market was amazing.

The Oberon cabin in the woods was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of peaceful tranquility wash over us. The setting was incredibly serene, surrounded by majestic trees and the gentle sounds of nature. The cabin itself was wonderfully cozy and impeccably clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we particularly enjoyed cooking on the blackstone grill as well as enjoying the hot tub. We spent our days on the beach just relaxing and exploring, saw many seals, bald eagles and a harbor porpoise within 15 ft of the bottom of the beach steps. It was so cool!! We explored and hiked the trails at Penrose Point State park, just a short drive and absolutely magical. This was truly the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and already longing to return. We highly recommend Oberon to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and wonderful getaway in nature. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

We were visiting Whidbey for a wedding at Fireseed Catering. This was a convenient and comfortable landing spot for us. Jim was so nice and welcoming. And the property is beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

This is a magical relaxing spot nestled in the trees with the most incredible views across the water. The house is at the end of a quiet road and is peaceful and serene. The kitchen is well-stocked and the hot tub and bath add to the relaxing feel. The only thing I would note is that the stairs to the second floor are very steep and may pose some accessibility challenges. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this gorgeous place with very responsive and attentive hosts.

This is going to read as if I'm a paid advertisement but I assure you, I absolutely am not. What I am is a late 1900's born individual navigating all of the whirls and swirls of living life in these seemingly not-so-sane times with a partner, a Queenager and "puppy-cat." (IYKYK) Eli & co. welcomed us, accomodated us, and uplifted us. The space is exactly as it appears but the value comes from being made to feel safe and protected, and shown what is the true Spirit of Aloha. I cannot say enough or speak highly enough to convey our experience. THE nicest, most helpful people and a gorgeous, fun, cozy space. You will thoroughly enjoy your stay...and want to come back, FACTS!

I’ve had such a fantastic stay at the Silver Lining Cottage! The space is incredibly cozy and feels just like home. I’m usually quite picky with mattresses, but the bed here is exceptionally comfortable—I slept like a baby every night! Linda’s garden is absolutely beautiful, with great views and the sweetest scents of blooming roses. It’s such a joy to step outside each day and be greeted by birdsong and fresh air. The location is perfect—within walking distance to Southcenter Mall and easily accessible by both car and public transit. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, making it ideal for remote work. Most of all, Linda is one of the kindest, warmest, and most thoughtful hosts I’ve ever met. She goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel comfortable, and her communication is always prompt and caring. No wonder she’s a Superhost! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this charming place to anyone visiting the area! ✨✨

We stayed for two months. Jon and Colleen were great hosts -- responsive, friendly, and attentive. The cottage looks in the pictures just the way it is. The amenities were very nice and we were provided with everything we needed. We highly recommend staying at this backyard cottage.

Sarah is by far the best airbnb host I have ever had. She is very responsive and communicative, and she decorates impeccably well. Her place is neat, tidy, and truly felt like a home away from home. Also, she was so kind and provided us with delicious local treats.

We were in Port Orchard for a graduation and we stayed at David’s place for peace and quiet after fun filled days! It was just perfect! We loved having our coffee on the porch in the morning while enjoying the view! The place was spotless and comfortable and we felt right at home! We will definitely stay here again any time we’re in town!

Cris has been wonderful! We needed a place to relocate as an extended stay while we house hunted on the island. The cottage is fully stocked, comfortable, and close to all the things we need in town. Cris has gone above and beyond, from sending update on road conditions, dropping by with bottles of wine, answering all questions, even forwarding alerts about orca sightings around the island! We’ve felt so welcome here and it’s made our transition to the island so much easier.

This property was exactly as described, and incredibly clean! The furnishings were inviting and we had everything we needed. We felt like our comfort was prioritized and that we were trusted with quality items. Kenton was exceptionally responsive and helpful, sending links to local attractions and making sure our check-in went smoothly. The location was peaceful and relaxed, surrounded by beautiful flowers and vegetation. As secluded and private as it felt, it was an easy walk down the street to restaurants, a market, shops, and the waterfront. We really appreciated having everything so close and not needing to fight for parking! We loved our stay and highly recommend this rental. Low-key hospitality at its finest :)

Andrea&Phil's place was just what we needed. My daughter and I had a Concert in Seattle and we added a few extra days to our trip. Their place was just like it was described, they had notes all around the place which was nice to see all the different place they had been too. They were very responsive when I would reach out since they were out of town for our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious treats they left for us. Would definitely recommend 😊

Lucky me to have found this beautiful cottage! As others mentioned, it is the perfect retreat - quiet, private, spacious, and so peaceful - and if that wasn’t enough, the location also couldn’t be beat - just close enough to town for walking but far enough to feel (and be) removed from the commotion. I was there alone and felt very safe. Zoe was super friendly and responsive. In short, a perfect place to stay on Vashon - highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was great—very clean and fully equipped with everything I needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and throughout the house. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, which I absolutely loved. Lidunn was very responsive and answered all my questions. I also appreciated being able to get a beautiful meditation chair for travel. I’m enjoying it and love that I can take it with me wherever I go. Thank you so much, Lidunn, for all your help and support. I would definitely love to come back to the island again someday.

This is a great place to unwind for a couple of days. the peaceful water views and the mountains in the distance are very calming. the beach access right outside your door is terrific. great for lill kids that want to collect shells and pebbles under your supervision as you lounge on the deck. The home was well stocked and all needa anticipated and addressed in notes all over the house. Linda was also super responsive and friendly. we will be coming back!

This was a great location, very private and a great view and just a short lovely walk to the beach and great restaurants! Shauna was lovely and quick to respond and very flexible on check in times!
