If you're lucky, you can sit inside and watch the northern lights. Short distance to towns such as Kabelvåg and Svolvær. Short driving distance to Henningsvær and Gimsøy. Great area for hiking for both young and old. Great beach at Kalle and Rørvik. Hiking area within walking distance. Silsand (beach) and lean-to. The lean-to is located between Ørsnes and Hopen. Here is a fire pit.

The cabin is in Ballstad - in the heart of Lofoten and perfect for a visit to the world's most spectacular archipelago. Welcome to Lyngværstua /Aurorahouse. New:Ceramic workshop In the autumn and winter season i offer ceramic workshops View the northern lights from our terrace, kayak the lagoon from the beachfront. The house from the 19th century and was an active merchant area with steamboat harbor, postoffice, and market. The house is renovated with new bathroom. The sauna has amazing views of the sea and mountains. Charger for electric or plug-in car is available.

Brenna Cabin

The cabin is 30 square meters, and has 1 bedroom and 1 galleried bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and terrace. It is located in Brenna, about 36 kilometers from Svolvær, and has a sea view. You can see the midnight sun from mid-May until mid-July, and the northern lights from September until April. Brenna is a quiet place surrounded by beautiful mountains and nature. The nearest grocery store is in Kabelvåg, 25 minutes from the cabin.
