The location, so close to the beach, and beautiful garden setting, make this place a wonderful place to stay. The house and bungalow are welcoming, comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped. The Dune beach house was the absolute perfect escape for my partner and I. From booking , to champagne on arrival , the location , the gorgeous thoughtful intricate design of the house and decor , the huge projector and the most comfy couch I have ever lounged on , everything was just perfect. We would 1000000% be booking and staying again. Thank you guys so much for such a wonderful stay.

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

This place is beautifully located and cosy. We watched the sunset every night and enjoyed chilling out on the deck outside. It was so peaceful and lovely being so close to the beach. We loved it so much that we stayed on extra night. Simon is a responsive and friendly host too!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). Wonderful place to stay! Exactly as described and very clean. I stayed here through a recommendation and it definitely met the expectations. Very functional and cosy space to stay. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into the space. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful stay!

Marc’s place was beautifully furnished and had all the necessary amenities that made our stay a comfortable one. It was also conveniently located close to the supermarket, restaurants and the beach. Marc was also responsive to the queries we had and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely come back to stay should we ever visit Phillip Island again.

The accommodation was even better than expected! The spa was amazing and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of with all that was supplied☺️

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Great location close to Hot Springs and a short drive to restaurants and cafes . Great value for money with a lovely view over the tree tops from the balcony ! Bed was super comfortable, shower was hot and the bath robes provided for the Hot Springs were a very thoughtful idea . We would definitely stay again !

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

Lovely spot in Seaford. Back of the building complex so very quiet and peaceful. No noise from other residents. Easy walk to the shops of Seaford, either along the beach or along the creek. We did have issues with access through the front door which Sid tried to help with. We ended up just using the key to the back door for coming and going. Great space for a couple, 2 couples or a small family. Maybe a carton of milk for guests would be a nice touch of welcome.

Wonderful home way from home. The interior and design of the rooms are fantastic. Kristina is lovely and makes you feel very welcome as she is well informed about the area, sharing great suggestions on what to see and do. Very well equiped kitchen (blender, storage cans, herbs, oil for baking) and bathroom (perfect rain shower, lovely showergel, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent) Rooms can be made dark for good sleep. Location is very nice with a yoga studio in the same street and a beautiful area for jogging. Highly recommended!

Josephine's place is in a great location near the beach and some shops. Easy to check in, very clean and cozy.
