This was an absolutely magical place to stay! The view is of the firth is amazing, the house cozy & comfortable, and there is a castle view just out the window. It’s so peaceful, the area so authentic & truly a special place! The bedrooms were roomy & comfy, living areas as well. Kitchen was well stocked & the bathrooms have great showers! We just loved everything about it! We hope to return!

The Kinkell Cottage is an absolutely fantastic accommodation, quietly located with a fantastic view! The cottage was very clean, well maintained and well and stylishly equipped (also deck chairs in the outdoor area and bathrobes available). The two hosts Farquhar and Jill are very friendly. Communication with Sonia was also straightforward. We enjoyed our stay at Kinkell Cottage very much and felt completely comfortable there. We highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Farquhar and Jill! We would definitely give more than 5 stars if possible.

A beautiful bungalow in the midst of nature and an affable and proactive host made it a perfect getaway for us. We were a group of 12 (6 kids and 6 adults) and the place comfortably accommodated us all. Spacious and well equipped kitchen with both AGA and a separate hot plate stove. 2 big livingrooms made a comfortable setup for separating kids and adults in the evening. ;-) A short walk leads to a nearby stream for a lazy morning and the Highlands landscape with sheeps was just perfect. Definitely recommended. Thank you Charlotte for hosting us.
